Adam contacted me via a cold call to see if I was interested in selling my house in an area he knew to be desirable. I told him I was not but my husband and I owned acreage in Rocky Point that we were holding as an investment that we would be selling eventually. He offer to come to the house to speak with me about it. I assured him that it would be years before it would be put on the market but he wanted to meet anyway. We met for an hour or so after which he volunteered to provide a market analysis. Within a few days, he delivered on his promise.

As the years passed, he would check in to see if we were ready to sell, always being professional and never pushy.

Recently out of the blue, Adam contacted me to say he had a interested buyer if we were willing to consider selling. They were willing to pay our price so we agreed. Adam, acting in the roll of dual agent, made the process easy and kept us informed throughout.

I've worked with a lot of realtors in my life. By far, the experience with Adam was the best.
