Adam has an extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, which includes his experience as a appraiser, his relationship with local realtors, his reputation for having a high level of

integrity.

We attempted to sell our home with two other professional realtors that had strengths in several areas however Adam (our third realtor) was successful in selling our home. Our home had some challenges

but Adam was adept in developing strategies that would discourage a potential buyer from walking away.

Adam is a true real estate professional who possesses an ability to rapidly assess buyers/sellers concerns and communicate is recommendation in a manner that does not include "high pressure" approaches.
