Adam Connolly was great to work with and very professional. This was my first house I have owned and sold and was pretty new to the process. I had moved out of state and Adam took care of everything for me and my house was under contract in only 3 days and over asking price. I couldn’t be happier and would use Adam again in a heart beat.

Adam contacted me via a cold call to see if I was interested in selling my house in an area he knew to be desirable. I told him I was not but my husband and I owned acreage in Rocky Point that we were holding as an investment that we would be selling eventually. He offer to come to the house to speak with me about it. I assured him that it would be years before it would be put on the market but he wanted to meet anyway. We met for an hour or so after which he volunteered to provide a market analysis. Within a few days, he delivered on his promise.

As the years passed, he would check in to see if we were ready to sell, always being professional and never pushy.

Recently out of the blue, Adam contacted me to say he had a interested buyer if we were willing to consider selling. They were willing to pay our price so we agreed. Adam, acting in the roll of dual agent, made the process easy and kept us informed throughout.

Adam is the best! Stood by me for like 3 years as I was wish washy over selling my home. Random gifts dropped off to my home through those years, just because he cares! • It was my great fortune to work with Adam over the past couple of months on the sale of my mother’s home in Wilmington, NC. Below, I share my observations and review of this engagement.

Adam Connolly was fabulous to work with, highly professional and personable. As a couple nearing retirement and recently back to the United States – and buying a first-time home he was one of our best gifts.
