Mr. Connolly was a pleasure to work with; straight through form our initial property search to completion of the purchase of our new home. Adam spent the time “up front” to introduce us to the local real estate market and provided us with both the information, and the time, to fully explore the many residential opportunities available in the Wilmington area. Adam ultimately introduced us to an off market property that met all of the selection criteria we eventually settled on , including an elevator and easy walking distance to the beach. Adam was particularly effective in helping us with negotiations on assumption of existing summer rental contracts and was an invaluable resource for connecting us with the rental services wee needed between our purchase and our full time move from out of state to our new home. We attempted to sell our home with two other professional realtors that had strengths in several areas however Adam (our third realtor) was successful in selling our home. Our home had some challenges
