Working with Adam was a great experience. Start to finish 35 days from our first "Hey, take a look at this new listing" to "Here are the keys"! More importantly, we did it virtually with only one face to face meeting for the inspections! I am a Realtor in NY, but it is very different when it is your own property. We met Adam on a whim looking at an open house one day and we could not have been luckier to meet a better realtor than him. My husband and I were moving from our house of 30 years in New Jersey to North Carolina where my daughter, son in law, and grandson moved a year ago. Moving to another state and not having the ability to view the homes in person was very risky and scary but with my daughter and Adam on the lookout for new homes, we knew we were in good hands. Adam was extremely helpful in finding me a home. He made suggestions and sent me plenty of possible homes in the area to look at through email. He always responded to me either by email or phone the same day. When looking at houses, he would listen to my thoughts about the house, then give me more information or question the agent knowing my preferences.
