He explained the process of selling thoroughly and was knowledgeable about the market and logistics of selling. I really appreciated the integrity he displayed and his sense of humor was relatable. I was living in another state at the time of the sale, and it was surprisingly easy to complete the sale from my end without having to return after I prepared the house for showings.
